We want your cart experience to be as smooth as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping.

Free Shipping

Orders over $149 ship FREE via UPS Ground (continental U.S. only).

Processing Times

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer — we’ll email you if there’s any delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship via UPS Ground to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment (not including processing time).

Delivery delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues — we’ll keep you updated with tracking.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s) as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We’re sorry if anything arrives damaged! Please:

  • Contact the carrier (UPS) right away to file a claim.
  • Save all packaging and damaged items.

We’re happy to help coordinate or replace the item once the claim is started — just reach out.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We only ship within the United States and U.S. Territories. All applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. No international orders at this time.
